Founding member rewards: promotion terms

1. Who it is for

Anyone who joins the TempDash waitlist on tempdash.app before we launch. Joining after we launch does not count.

You join as a professional from our pages for professionals, or as a business from our pages for businesses. The reward is the one for the side you joined.

2. What you get

• Professionals: £25 in your TempDash wallet when you work your first shift within 90 days of the day we launch.
• Businesses: £100 off our fees on your first bookings, to use within 12 months of it being added. It comes off our booking fee only, never off what professionals are paid, and any amount left after one shift carries over to the next until it is used up or that time ends. It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

3. How to claim it

Sign up for TempDash within 60 days of the day we launch, using the same email address or mobile number you joined the waitlist with, and confirm it when you sign up. We match you on that email or number only.

A business is matched through the person who joined. Their account must own the business on TempDash.

4. When it is paid

Professionals: your first shift must be worked within 90 days of the day we launch. Once it has been paid, the payment has settled and 24 hours have passed with no dispute, refund, no show or open case on it, the reward is paid, even if that is after the deadline. If your first shift is refunded or not paid, the next shift you work before the deadline counts instead. If no shift is worked in time, the reward lapses.

Businesses: the credit is added once your account and your business are set up on TempDash, and is used on your bookings from then on. Any credit not used within 12 months of being added expires.

5. Limits

• One reward per person and one per business (an organisation or sole trader, not each location), whatever number of times you joined.
• It does not add to a referral reward. If you joined the waitlist, the founding reward is the one you get. If a referral reached us before you joined, the referral reward applies instead.
• You must be 18 or over, and a professional must be entitled to work in the United Kingdom and fully verified on TempDash before working a shift.

6. Fair use

We may refuse, hold or take back a reward where we reasonably believe the Offer has been misused, for example several accounts for one person, false details, or shifts that were not genuine. Any recovery follows our usual terms and asks you first.

7. Tax

Professionals are self employed. Any reward you receive may count as income, and you are responsible for any tax on it.

8. Changes

We may change or end the Offer at any time. A reward already paid, or credit already added, stays yours. The current version of these terms is always at tempdash.app/legal/founding-terms.
