When can I message a professional?

The chat for a booked shift opens at midnight on the day of the shift, or as soon as it’s booked if that’s within 24 hours of the start. 💬

It stays open until 24 hours after the shift finishes, for anything about the hours. After that you can still read it.

Phone numbers, emails and social handles are removed from messages, and asking to arrange work outside TempDash isn’t allowed. To book someone again, offer them a shift.
