Is TempDash an agency?

No, TempDash is not an agency. It is a marketplace: you book independent, self employed professionals directly.

Each shift is an agreement between you and the professional. TempDash runs the platform that brings you together, checks who can work, and moves the money.

What that means for you

• There is no agency in the middle and no agency mark up.
• Professionals are self employed and look after their own tax.
• Every shift comes with the professional’s invoice and our fee invoice.
