Why am I asked to approve a professional?

A few professionals hold a registration with conditions that our team has checked and confirmed can work. When one of them books a role that needs registration, the booking only confirms once you say yes.

You’ll see a plain summary and the register’s own wording. If you say no, or don’t answer in time, the shift goes back to matching, nobody is charged, and that professional can’t take it again.
