Can professionals see my team’s photos?

Only if you choose. By default, when someone in your team messages a professional, they see your business name and logo, not your team’s photos.

Go to Manage, then Team, and under More open Team photos. There are two choices.

Who adds a photo

• Off: no team photos anywhere.
• Optional: each person decides whether to add one. This is where it starts.
• Required: everyone is asked to add one.

When you message professionals

• Your business only: they see your business name and logo.
• Each person chooses: your team can show their photo and first name when they message.

A professional only ever sees a team member’s photo on a message and its notification. Only an owner can change these. 📸
