How do my PIN and Face ID work?

You set a 4 digit PIN in setup, and you can use Face ID or your fingerprint instead. They protect your wallet and other sensitive screens.

To change your PIN, go to Wallet preferences then Change your PIN. You’ll need your current one.

Forgotten it? Chat to us and we’ll help you set a new one. We never reset a PIN by email.
