How do I message the workplace?

You can message the workplace from your booked shift. The chat opens at the start of the shift day, or straight away if you book within a day of the start.

It stays open until 24 hours after the shift has finished and your hours are in. After that you can still read it.

Shift instructions

Anything the workplace wants you to know, like where to go when you arrive, shows on your booked shift under its instructions. 📝
