No. You work as an independent, self employed professional, and TempDash is not an agency.
When you accept a shift, you agree it directly with the workplace. TempDash runs the app that brings you together, checks who can work, and moves the money.
What that means for you

- Your pay arrives without tax taken off, and you look after your own tax.
- Our fee is charged to the workplace, never taken from your rate.
