When do I get paid?

Your hours are approved the moment you check out. The pay shows in your wallet under Upcoming, with the date it becomes available.

• If the workplace paid ahead, it clears quickly after your shift.
• Otherwise it clears when the workplace’s payment reaches us. Your wallet shows the date.

Sometimes we take a quick look at a shift to make sure everything’s correct before the pay is released. If there are no issues, it’s released automatically on the date shown.

If you set your start earlier than when you checked in, the workplace confirms your hours first.

Once it’s available, it’s yours to move to your bank. 💷
