When do I get money back?

• You cancel with notice: anything charged beyond what’s due goes back to your card.
• A shift nobody books: nothing is charged, and anything taken is refunded in full.
• A no show: what you paid goes to your TempDash balance 72 hours after the booked end.
• You end a shift early: the unworked hours go to your TempDash balance.
• A query we agree with: we refund you.
