How do monthly spending limits work?

A spending limit caps how much someone can spend on the shifts they post each calendar month, across every location.

Turn on Set a monthly limit on their profile and enter an amount in whole pounds. Their profile then shows how much they’ve used this month.

What counts

• Shifts they posted, in the month the shift takes place.
• Paid shifts at what they cost, and live shifts at the most they could cost.
• Cancelled shifts and shifts waiting for approval don’t count.

Owners never have a limit, and nobody can raise their own.
