What are location balances?

If your business holds money in its TempDash balance, you can give each location its own money for shifts. A location’s shifts are paid from its balance first, then from its card or Direct Debit.

Go to Payments and tap Locations to open Location balances. You’ll see the business balance, what each location holds and how much of it is held for booked shifts. A location that’s running low says so.

When a location has more booked than it holds, Free up lists shifts nobody has taken yet, so you can cancel the ones you don’t need.

You’ll see Locations once you have two or more open locations.
