What can each role do?

Owner

Complete control of the whole business, including other owners.

Full control

Manages every location and its settings, including locations you add later.

Manager

Runs the day to day at their locations: posts shifts, approves hours, invites people and adds money. Managers don’t change rates or bank details, block professionals or approve spending over a limit unless you switch that on.

Receptionist

Keeps an eye on the rota and raises queries about shifts.

Every role is a starting point. You can switch individual things on or off for each person. 🎛️
