How do I change what someone can do?

Open their profile from your team list, choose a location, and turn switches on or off. Tap Save changes when you’re done.

The switches

• Shifts: post and edit shifts, approve hours, set rates and budgets, block professionals.
• Money: add money, move budget between locations, approve spending over a limit, manage bank funding, see statements and reports.
• Team: invite and manage people.
• Location: edit location details, close and reopen locations.
• Queries: query shifts and charges.

You can only switch on things you can do yourself. Changing someone’s role starts their switches again from that role.
