Is the rate I see what I get paid?

Yes. The hourly rate on a shift is what you’re paid for each hour, before your own tax.

Our fee is charged to the workplace on top. It never comes out of your rate.

The rate can change until someone books the shift. The rate showing when you accept is locked in and won’t change.
