What do the labels on a shift mean?

When a shift pays more than it started at, a label tells you why: Last minute, Weekend cover, Early start, Late finish, Travel boost or Priority shift.

Fast pay means the shift can be paid early, soon after you finish, instead of waiting for the workplace’s payment to clear. ⚡
