What if a transfer doesn’t arrive?

Open the transfer in your wallet to see where it is. If a bank turns a transfer away, we try again. If it still can’t go through, the money comes back to your wallet and any fee is refunded.

If a transfer has been stuck for a while, you can tap Cancel and return to wallet on it.
