Why was money sent to my bank automatically?

Your pay can stay in your wallet for up to 90 days after it becomes available. Before then, we remind you to move it to your bank.

If any of it is still there on the day, we send it to your default bank account for you and let you know.

No bank account on file? Your money stays safe in your wallet, but new shift bookings pause until you add one. Then we send it straight over. 🏦
