I forgot to check in. What happens?

If your shift ends and you haven’t checked in, we send you a notification and your shift shows Add your hours.

Tap it, check your start and finish times, add a note if you like, and tap Submit hours for review. You have until midnight that day, and always at least an hour after the shift ends. ⏰

Your pay is then on hold for a short time. Unless the workplace raises a problem, it’s ready to withdraw from the time shown.
