Can I cancel a shift I’ve booked?

Yes. Open the shift, tap Report a problem, then Cancel this shift.

The more notice you give, the better for the workplace and for your reliability:

• 24 hours or more before the start: no strike.
• 12 to 24 hours before: one strike.
• Under 12 hours before: two strikes.

You can also offer the shift to someone you know instead.
