My shift was cancelled as missed. Can I still claim it?

If no hours are added in that time, the shift is cancelled as missed and it counts against your reliability. Missing more than one can pause picking up new shifts for a while.

I did work it

Open the shift, or the email we sent you, and tap Claim this shift. You can claim until 72 hours after the booked end. Check your start and finish times and tap Submit hours for review.

Your pay is on hold for a short time first. Unless the workplace raises a problem, it’s ready to withdraw from the time shown, and the missed shift comes off your record.

I couldn’t make it

Next time, cancel in the app as early as you can. It’s much better for you than missing a shift.
