What happens if I miss a shift?

If you haven’t checked in by the booked end, the shift is cancelled as missed and it counts against your reliability. Missing more than one can pause picking up new shifts for a while.

If you can’t make a shift, cancel it in the app as early as you can. It’s much better for you than missing it.

Forgot to check in, or your phone let you down? Open the shift and tap Something wrong? within 72 hours of the booked end. Our team will help you claim the hours you worked.
