How do strikes work?

Cancelling within 24 hours of the start adds strikes: one if it’s 12 to 24 hours before, two if it’s under 12 hours. Strikes count for 30 days.

  • 3 strikes: picking up shifts pauses for 24 hours.
  • 4 strikes: it pauses for 48 hours.
  • 5 or more: it pauses until our team has reviewed your account.

Every 5 shifts you complete in a row without cancelling removes a strike.

Missed shifts

No shows count for 180 days. The first is a warning. The second pauses you for 7 days, the third for 30 days, and a fourth means our team reviews your account.
