Professionals with a strong record see new shifts first. That’s for shifts posted a day or more ahead.
Everyone sees them within half an hour. Urgent shifts go to everyone at once, so workplaces get cover fast.
What lowers your record
- A late cancellation, under 24 hours before the start, counts for 30 days.
- A missed shift counts for 180 days.
Your record recovers as you complete shifts. Every 5 shifts in a row without cancelling removes a strike.
Passing a shift on
Can’t make a shift? Pass it on to someone you know. If they take it, it costs you nothing. 🤝
Private to you
Workplaces never see your score. Only you can see it.
